Recruit an Apprentice
Work Redbridge for Business provides support to employers who are interested in hiring an Apprentice. A designated Account Manager will provide support including:
- General guidance on apprenticeship schemes
- Support provided to Apprenticeship Levy and non-levy paying employers
- Assistance in identifying an apprenticeship framework or standard
- Help with selecting a training provider or college
- Promoting your vacancy to residents and providing suitable candidates based on employer need
Apprenticeship levy transfer scheme
We are offering to transfer apprenticeship levy funds to businesses in Redbridge to take on apprentices.
This is part of the councils aim to support local businesses and opportunities for employment and skills.
