Photographs for publicity

The Council takes, uses and stores photographs of people, buildings, events and other subjects to publicise and our work to make Redbridge a cleaner, safer and healthier place to live, work and visit.

Photographs may be published in the Council’s:

• Printed material
• Social media
• Website
• Lamppost banners
• Video
• E-newsletters

We must have consent for photographs containing identifiable individuals. To give your consent for your or your child’s image used, please fill out our photography and filming model release form. If you do not wish for an online form to be used then a printed form is available on request.

Photographs containing identifiable individuals are retained for two years. If you wish for any footage or photography of yourself or your child to be deleted, please contact us in writing at photoconsent@redbridge.gov.uk 

There will be no payments for you or your child’s participation in any photographs or footage.
