What happens if I book a trip but can’t make the journey?
Any trips not taken will be refunded back to the account from which the payment came from.
If a user has a particular need that prevents them from making a card payment, how can they use the service?
We will work with users to ensure that if payment cannot be taken upfront for whatever reason, their use of the service will not be affected.

We are actively exploring the use of Contactless Payments for the scheme.
