If you think your property (house, surroundings to your house or your vehicle for example) have been damaged by one of our refuse crews, then you will need to contact our contractor directly who can deal with your claim.

They will probably visit you and inspect the alleged damage. If substantiated it will be passed onto their insurance company and this may take a few months to process.

If you have CCTV footage, such as camera footage from a Ring doorbell camera, or any other photographic (or even better video footage), then please try and attach that to your email.

What happens next?

As stated above, claims can take a while to process as it goes through the insurance procedure. However, somebody from Redbridge Civic Services - our waste contractor - will be in touch ASAP for initial contact.
