I have an existing Redbridge account but I no longer use the email account what do I do?
You will need to set up a new Redbridge account and then follow the steps to Redbridge - How to register for an online account
Where do I find my Business Rates reference?
Your Business Rates reference is located on the top right corner of your bill, under 'Your Reference'.
If you have recently moved into the borough and requested e-billing you would have been given your reference number during the registration process.
What do I do if I cannot locate my Business Rates reference?
Please contact us at business.rates@redbridge.gov.uk.
Why do I get an error message when trying to register?
This is probably because the name entered does not match with that on your Business Rates account. Please enter your details as shown on your bill.

Why can I no longer view my Business Rates e-bill?
In February 2021 we set up a new online portal. If you have not already done so you will need to re-register to be able to see your bills.
