Responsible Authorities for licensing applications or notifications made under the Licensing Act 2003
Depending on the type of licence application, you may be required to submit a copy to some or all of the authorities on this list.
If an electronic application is submitted, the authority will send a copy to the responsible authorities on the applicant's behalf otherwise, you must submit a hard copy by hand or post to some or all of the responsible authorities.
