You will need to set up a new Redbridge account and then follow the steps to register for our online portal
Where do I find my Council Tax account number?
Your Council Tax account number is located on the top right corner of your Council Tax bill, under 'Your Reference'
If you have recently moved into the borough and requested e-billing you would have been given your Council Tax account number during the registration process.
What do I do if I cannot locate my Council Tax account number?

Why do I get an error message when trying to register?
This is likely due to the name entered not matching with that on your Council Tax account, please enter your first name and surname only as shown on your bill.

Why can I no longer view my Council Tax e-bill?
In February 2021 we set up a new online portal. If you haven't already done so you will need to re-register to be able to see your bills.
