Your bill

Sign up for eBilling (paperless bills) 

You can sign up to view your council tax bill online. You’ll not receive the bills in the post.  

We’ll email you every time there’s a new bill or statement for you to view online. 

You can log in at any time to view your bills and you can download and print them if you need to.

If you do not have a Redbridge account you’ll need to register first. Sign up for a Redbridge account  

If you do not have an online account  

If you do not already have an online account, you’ll need to register first. To do this: 

1. Go to the online portal
2. Select ‘Register to use additional Council Tax services’ 
3. Log in to your Redbridge account 
4. Follow the instructions and complete the process 

You’ll need your council tax reference number which you can find:   

• on your council tax bill 

• in recent emails or text messages from us 

• in your online council tax account, if you have registered for one 

If you do not know your council tax number, ask us to send you your Council Tax number. 

If you already have an online account  

If you already have an online council tax account, you need to change your paperless billing preference. To do this:

1. Go to the online portal 
2. Select ‘Switch to eBilling’ 
3. Follow the instructions and complete the process
