Anti-Social Behaviour Case Review
In order to gather the necessary evidence to fully investigate your case, we will need to share the details you submit and any relevant information with our partners.
This will allow for ASB interventions ( including tenancy action and other enforcement) to take place and also enable appropriate support for residents and vulnerable victims.
Information that will be shared:
The following lists outline the types of information that may be shared between organisations under local ASB Review Information Sharing Agreement.
You should be assured that only information which is proportionate will be shared. (i.e. that which will assist the ASB Review in achieving its aims).
Categories of data subjects include the victim, the perpetrator, the children of the victim or perpetrator (where applicable) and the referee.

Personal data:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Gender
- Disability
- Ethnicity
- School details of children
- Pregnancy details
- Lifestyle
- Family and associates
- Tenancy history
- Housing officer
- Accommodation
- Organisation of the referee
Types of special category data:
- Whether they are a repeat victim
- Mental health needs
- Physical health needs
- Substance use details
- Criminal history
- Details of any enforcement activity against the victim or perpetrator
- License conditions managed through probation/Any previous management through Integrated Offender Management (IOM) or Probation
Who will it be shared with?
Information will only be shared with appropriate partners who have signed up to the ASB Review Information Sharing Agreement. This might include:
- LBR Community Safety Partnership
- LBR Community Protection Taskforce
- Police
- LBR Housing & other Registered Social Landlords as required
- North East London NHS Foundation Trust - (Mental Health Services)
- VIA (LBR Commissioned Drug and Alcohol Service)
- Adult Safeguarding
- Victim Support/Mediation Services
- Single Homeless Project
- London Fire brigade
What is the purpose of sharing information?
Information will be shared with appropriate partnership agencies with the aim to:
- To reduce crime, ASB and victimisation, and ensuring community safety in the London Borough of Redbridge.
- To support the management of risk to vulnerable people and subsequent prevention of crime and disorder.
- The identification and prioritisation of vulnerable individuals, both victims and perpetrators of ASB.
- The identification of safeguarding issues relating to these individuals, increasing safety, health and wellbeing.
- Partnership problem-solving approaches to tackling issues of managing the risk of vulnerable of victims and reducing repeat victimisation.
- Identifying gaps in provision and recommending projects and approaches to tackle antisocial behaviour in Redbridge
- Improving agency accountability and improving support for staff involved in cases.
- Construct jointly and implement a risk management plan that provides support to those at risk of harm.
Assessment of information:
Information derived from all sources will be assessed for its reliability and validity to ensure meaningful conclusions can be drawn. It will also be used to assist with evidence gathering to enable appropriate support for residents and vulnerable victims, as well as ASB interventions to take place, including tenancy action and other enforcement.
