They have an eight lane track, competition specification hammer, two long jump/triple jump pits and javelin and shot put areas. There are also high jump and pole vault facilities. They offer pay as you go access or an annual membership offering unlimited access to the track. For opening times please check the athletic track availability at the top of the page. They now have a brand new Gym and Track membership option available.

The centre is a state of the art, eco building, which was opened in December 2009. Located next to one of Redbridge’s premier children’s play areas, outdoor gym, tennis and basketball courts, it is also a good place to start or end your walk or cycle along ‘Roding Valley Way.’ The centre also has café, serving a selection of hot and cold fresh foods and beverages. The café is open every day from 10am to 5pm during the Spring and Summer months.
