Help with my Redbridge account

Some of our online services can only be accessed in if you have an online account with us. This is so you can track the progress of your service requests online or, because of the type of request, we need to collect certain details as a confirmation about who you are, such as parking permits.

Registering and creating an account

It’s easy to create an account, simply provide your details in the registering form.

When it asks for your address you need to enter your postcode and click the 'find address' button, then select your door number/address from the drop-down menu.

If your not a Redbridge resident you can still register with us as long as you provide a UK address and valid email address. Enter your postcode and select door number and then click on “use this location anyway”.

Confirm you have read and accepted the privacy statement by ticking to accept terms and conditions box.

Once form has been submitted, a successful submission page will automatically appear, which tells you that an activation email has been sent to your email account.  Usually, the confirmation email should be in your inbox immediately, but remember to check your spam or deleted items folder if you can’t find it.

Account activation email

The first time you log in, you must activate your account by clicking on the link in the email that we sent you when you created your account.

Look in your email account and there should be an email with the subject line 'Registering for an online account with Redbridge: Please activate your new account'.

If you haven't received the activation email, give it some time as it can take up to 30 minutes.  It is possible that the activation email has ended up in your junk folder. You can set your email account to accept emails from donotrespond@redbridge.gov.uk in the future.

If the email isn't in your spam folder then something has gone wrong.  We may be having problems with our systems or you may have entered your email incorrectly.  Please go to the registration page and start again.

Logging in

To log in you will need to use the email address and password that you entered when you created your account.

Please make sure you are entering your email address correctly. If the above page tells you that the email address is not associated with a customer account it is likely that you entered your email address wrong when you first registered. Please go to the registration page and start again.

Forgotten passwords

If you are trying to log in but can't remember your password then you can request we send you an email to reset your password.

To recover your password visit our login page and click on 'I've forgotten my password', enter the email address you used to register with.   A reset password email should be in your inbox immediately but remember to check your spam or deleted items folder if you can’t find it.

If you no longer have access to the email address you registered with then you will need to register again.
