The Roding Valley Park extends from Redbridge Roundabout in the south to the Borough boundary in the north.
The River Roding, which flows through the park, is a lowland clay river and provides an ideal setting for a number of recreational activities as well as walking and cycling.
Along the river you will find plenty of ducks, herons, dragonflies, butterflies, and many different species of flowers. There are also a number of small areas of woodland for you to explore.
