Help Us Improve the Quality of Rented Homes in Redbridge

Over the next three months the council is consulting on proposals to renew selective licensing in the borough. We need your views to help us continue with making real improvements to rented homes/properties in the borough.
Our aim is to ensure that all rented properties are safe and well managed, providing us with your feedback via our online questionnaire will help us to better understand how and where we can make a difference.
Cllr Vanisha Solanki, Cabinet Member for Housing and Homelessness said:
“The consultation is of huge importance as it will help inform the next steps of achieving our wider objective which is to improve the quality of rented homes in Redbridge. We want to hear the views of tenants, businesses, landlords and other stakeholder organisations both in and outside of the borough”
