Shape the future Hainault Hub
Published: 12 October 2022
Redbridge Council is inviting residents from Hainault and Fairlop to apply to become part of a diverse group of local residents who will shape the future Hainault Hub scheme. The new community hub is coming to Manford Way, Hainault, and it will bring together different facilities across the borough to improve the quality and accessibility of services for residents.
The group will be randomly selected to reflect the make-up of the local community by an independent organisation. The group will work with architects in workshops meeting across seven weekend and evening sessions from the end of October to mid-January. Applicants don’t need any prior knowledge or experience to take part, and will receive £150 in vouchers to compensate them for their time.
Getting involved in the group will be a rewarding opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge, meet others across the wards of Hainault and Fairlop, and have a lasting impact on your neighbourhood. Registering your interest only takes a couple of minutes.
For more information, please see the Hubs website and letter and accompanying Frequently Asked Questions document. The deadline for registering is the 16 October 2022.
If you have expertise in a specific area or would like to volunteer on behalf of a particular sector or organisation, please complete this Expression of Interest form by the 19 October.
