Amber Health Heat Warning

The UKHSA has extended the AMBER Heat Health Alert until 09.00 on 12 September.

For those who are sleeping rough in the borough cool spaces can be accessed at our Welcome Centre, 2-6 St Marys Road, Ilford IG1 1QX 

Please note during this period visitors will be able to:

• Staying beyond the usual closing hours until 4pm.
• Access shower facilities and drinking water during service hours.
• Obtain medical support and advice if showing any adverse effects from the hot weather.
