Civil Enforcement Officers

Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) commonly known as parking attendants, patrol Redbridge seven days per week. They make sure parking and traffic rules are followed and enforced.

CEOs have the power to issue parking notices, formally called Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles that have broken parking rules.

All London borough CEOs follow the guidance set and agreed with London Councils. All CEOs should follow the guidance found on their website. Each borough has its own rules, please refer to internal agreements.  

Our CEOs are employed by APCOA Parking UK Limited and work on behalf of Redbridge Council.  Our contract with APCOA is regularly monitored to ensure they meet agreed standards.
