RingGo and PayPoint - paying for parking
There are three ways to pay for casual parking in our Car Parks or On-Street parking bays:
RingGo - by Mobile Phone App (using credit/debit card)
RingGo - by Phone (using credit/debit card)
PayPoint - in Person (using cash/credit/debit card)
RingGo app
The RingGo app is by far the most popular way for people to pay for parking sessions in Redbridge.
Use the link below to download the RingGo app. It's designed to work seamlessly on all major mobile phone brands and operating systems. Only download from an official source (such as the iPhone app store).
Remember, for your security, RingGo and Redbridge never use QR code stickers to direct you to payment sites.
With the RingGo app, you have the flexibility to opt-in or out of additional chargeable services, such as text reminders, in the settings. You can change your preferences at any time, giving you full control.

RingGo - by phone
You can call 020 3046 0010 to pay for your parking session.
If you are using the RingGo service for the first time, you must register during your first call.
PayPoint
You can pay in person with cash, credit or debit card at one of the many PayPoint outlets in the borough.
These are recognisable by the PayPoint logo, typically displayed in the window or on a sign outside the shop.
To use PayPoint for parking payments:
- park your car in a “paid for parking” space
- note the location code displayed on RingGo signs near to it
- go to your nearest PayPoint outlet
- tell the outlet that you want to pay for parking and give your location code, vehicle registration number and duration for parking
- the PayPoint outlet will create you session and charge you the relevant amount
